Delicious Chicken Pat Thai Recipes

Preparing and cooking Pad Thai will take 20 minutes in total. The recipe is made for 6 servings.


  • 10 ounces of Thai rice noodles;

  • One pound of boneless and skinless chicken breasts;

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;

  • 2 cloves garlic;

  • ¼ cup of brown sugar;

  • 3 big eggs;

  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar;

  • 4 tablespoons of fish sauce;

  • 3 pieces of green onion, chopped them;

  • 2 carrots and sliced them into strips;

  • One piece of red bell pepper and sliced them into strips;

  • 1 ½ cups of bean sprouts

For the toppings, you will need peanuts, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and lemon. Crush and chop all of them expect of the lemon and red pepper flakes.


  1. Put hot water inside a large bowl and soak the noodles.

  2. Put a non-stick skillet on medium heat and heat the oil on it. Add chicken and let them a bit brown.

  3. Pour carrots and bell pepper then mix them for 2 minutes. Add the soaked noodles, fish sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar.

  4. Add the garlic, bean sprouts, and green onions. Mix them for one minute and you can add red pepper flakes if you have one.

  5. Set the mixture at the edge of the skillet and poach eggs in the center. Scramble the eggs until it is well-coked.

  6. Put the bean sprouts inside and toss everything on the pan together for 3 minutes. After you turn off the heat, squeeze the lemon juice and spread the toppings. The Pad Thai is ready to eat!
