  • One pound of ground chicken;

  • One teaspoon of salt;

  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder;

  • ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning;

  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper;

  • ¾ cup of panko breadcrumbs;

  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese;

  • One big egg;

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • ½ cup of butter;

  • 1 ½ cups of whipping cream;

  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic;

  • 1/3 teaspoon of Italian seasoning;

  • ½ teaspoon salt;

  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper;

  • 2 cup of parmesan cheese

You may also need 4 pieces of hoagie rolls and ¼ cup of butter for serving.


In order to make the meatballs, you will need to mix ground chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, seasoning, and one tablespoon of olive oil until it creates a nice mixture. Form them into 12 meatballs and then brown them on a large skillet that has been heated with medium-high heat. You can use the rest of one tablespoon olive oil to coat the skillet.

In order to make the Alfredo sauce, you need to set the stove with low heat and put the simmered skillet on it for two minutes. Whisk the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic on it and then add meatballs in it as well for 10 minutes. While waiting for the meatball, preheat the oven to broil and toast the buttered hoagie rolls in it for 3 minutes. After anything is done, pour the parmesan cheese into the sauce and meatballs. Serve the menu with prepared buns.
