Easy Creamy Beef and Shells Dinner Recipes


  • 8 ounces of medium pasta;

  • One tablespoon of olive oil;

  • One pound of ground beef;

  • ½ piece of medium sweet onion and dice them;

  • 2 cloves of garlic and minced them;

  • 1 ½ tablespoon of Italian seasoning;

  • 2 tablespoons of flour, all-purpose one;

  • 2 cups of beef stock;

  • 15 ounces of tomato sauce;

  • ¾ cup of heavy cream;

  • Salt and pepper;

  • 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.


  1. Boil water and put some salt in it to cook your pasta. Once it is done, drain them well.

  2. Heat the olive oil on a large skillet with medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef on it until it looks brown for about 4 minutes. Drain the grease and fat.

  3. Put onion on it and stir them frequently and it looks translucent for about 3 minutes. Stir Italian seasoning and garlic until it smells nice.

  4. Whisk in the flour until it looks a bit brown. Whisk in the beef stock gradually along with tomato sauce until it boils. Reduce the heat while simmering and stir them occasionally until 7 minutes.

  5. Stir in the cooked pasta, heavy cream, and beef until it mixed well for about 2 minutes. Pour salt and pepper as you like and pour the cheese until it fully melted.

  6. Your food is ready!
