  • 2 pounds of sirloin steak with top grade and remove the fat before you cut them into 2 inches per piece;

  • One pound of baby potatoes and cut them into four pieces;

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;

  • Salt and pepper as you like;

  • One tablespoon of minced garlic;

  • One teaspoon of onion powder;

  • One teaspoon of dried oregano;

  1. Prepare one large bowl where you can combine steak, seasonings, potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Toss them into one and combine them well.
